Design and budget with M1 Homes
M1 will work through the design and gives you real numbers early in the process. You are welcome to hire a designer to collaborate on the project as well.
Step 4
Land and construction financing
Line up financing for the land and the build. There are multiple ways of doing this and we are happy to put you in touch with lenders that can help secure the proper financing.
Step 5
Build begins
M1 builds the home, and we stay in touch through the entire project. Ensuring things are being done to your approval.
Step 6
Close and move in
Close on your finished home and move in.

Can I build on a lot I already own?
Yes. M1 Homes builds all along the Wasatch Front and is happy to build on an existing lot.
Do I need land first?
No. If you don’t have land yet, I can help you find and evaluate a lot.
How does financing work for land plus build?
There are multiple options for how to finance a custom home. We are happy to put you in touch with trusted partners to help you evaluate your options.
How long does a custom build take?
9-12 months depending on size of the home.
