Sam Foley is a Utah County real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate. She was born and raised here and has lived in eight different cities across the county, so she knows firsthand how much one town can differ from the next.

Sam works with families relocating to Utah County, move-up buyers, first-time buyers, and she gives straight answers. If buying or selling makes sense, she’ll say so. If it doesn’t, she’ll say that too. For sellers, she pairs careful pricing with proactive marketing (digital ads, private networks, and local social content) to reach serious buyers. Buyers get the same honesty, so they can move forward with confidence.

What I believe

Real estate built on relationships, not transactions.

Local

Utah County isn’t one size fits all. I bring a lived-in understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, businesses, and subtle differences that don’t show up on a listing page.

Honest

Good advice isn’t always the easiest thing to hear. I give people the information they actually need to make smart decisions, with their best interest in mind.

Unfiltered

There is no polished realtor persona hiding behind the brand. My personality, opinions, humor, and perspective are part of the deal.

Grounded

I don’t approach real estate from a distance. My understanding comes from actually living here, navigating its changes, and buying and building a life here.

In your corner

Buying or selling a home is a major life decision. My recommendations are based on what’s the right fit for you, not what creates the quickest transaction.

Relationships first

My relationship with my clients doesn’t have to end after the final transaction. The best work comes from understanding what matters to them and continuing to care long after the paperwork is signed.

My story

A lifetime here. A different perspective.

I grew up on the border of Highland and Alpine, back when we called Timp Highway “SR-92” and it was a 2 lane road to the freeway. So when someone asks if I really know Utah County, I do.

The kind of knowing that comes from watching it grow up around me, not from skimming MLS data on a Tuesday.

But I didn’t take a straight line into real estate. Before this, I was a photographer, ran an online boutique, and spent a few years in tech. Looking back, that path makes a strange kind of sense: photography taught me how to read a space the way a buyer will feel it. The boutique taught me how to build a brand people actually trust. Tech taught me how to run a business like a system instead of a hustle.

A personal approach

Most of my clients come from Instagram, my personal network, and open houses, which means by the time we sit down, you usually already have a feel for who I am. That’s the way I like it.

I work the whole county. From Lehi, Alpine, and Highland in the north, through Pleasant Grove and Provo, down to Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Salem, and Santaquin. Each one has its own personality, and after a lifetime here I’ve got opinions on most of them.

What you get with me isn’t a team. It’s me, every call, every showing, every late-night text after the inspection report drops. I lean hard on smart systems behind the scenes so the real hours go to the people, not the paperwork.

Most people pick an agent two weeks before they’re ready to list or buy and spend the next two months wishing they’d started sooner. If you’d rather do this with a head start, let’s talk!

Let's talk about your move.

Buying, selling, or just starting to think about it, I'll give you a straight answer on what comes next.
